Leo Club Advisory Panel

The Leo Club Program Advisory Panel is a communication vehicle for Leos and Lions to share their ideas about the Leo Club Program with Lions International. Advisory panelists represent Leos and Lions in their respective constitutional area and serve as ambassadors for the Leo Club Program. If you have ideas about the Leo Club Program, share them with your panelists.
The Leo Club Program Advisory Panel comprises two Lions and two Leos from each constitutional area. Each fiscal year, one Lion and one Leo from each area are selected to serve a two-year term. Panel membership is the highest international office for the Leo Club Program.

Constitutional Area I

Leo-Lion C. Trystan Williams
Antigua & Barbuda – Since joining the Antigua Leo Club in 2019, the Leo Club Program has played an integral role in Leo-Lion Trystan’s personal and professional development. As president of his club, he developed projects and policies focused on improving membership experience and community impact and eventually served a pivotal role in the execution of the 44th MD60 Lions Convention as chairperson of the Audio-Visual Committee. Leo-Lion Trystan looks forward to connecting with Leos and Lions across Lions International and collaborating with them to develop strategies and policies that enrich the membership experience of Leos and Leo-Lions globally. He is a computer scientist and IT Systems Admin, and enjoys playing video games and watching anime.

Leo Robert Barnett
United States – Leo Robert has served as a Leo at the club, district and multiple district levels, including as a president and charter member of his club, the first president of his district and the first membership chair for his multiple district. Leo Robert looks forward to expanding and elevating the Leo Club Program in order to provide all Leos with a path of success and leadership. He wants to serve all Leos, and serve with all Leos. Leo Robert loves music and performance and wants to be a choir director to share the gift of music and serve the youth of his community.

Leo-Lion August Valera
United States – Leo-Lion August served as an Alpha member of the Gryphons Leos Club, becoming the first Leo-Lion in his district and eventually helped in the formation of Leo District 4-C4, where he now serves as district Leo chairperson. Leo-Lion August looks forward to advocating for the Leos of Constitutional Area I and to provide opportunities and support for young leaders and hopefully future Leo-Lions. In doing so, he hopes to emulate and surpass the great Lion leaders that paved the way for his service journey, in order to make it easier for those who come after him. Leo-Lion August has a hard time saying no when called to serve in various Lions positions, especially when they apply skills related to his profession as a software engineer. To that end, he has served as district GST, IT and marketing on the club, district and multiple district levels.

Constitutional Area II

Leo Yazan Al Daiif
Canada – Leo Yazan started a Leo club in his area as a school project, but was very inspired by the amazing things his club was achieving — which encouraged him to continue with this organization. Now he is very proud of his team and excited for the things they will accomplish together. Leo Yazan is very excited to be on the panel and looks forward to contributing to this organization more as well as representing his small community at such a large scale. He is a high school student and enjoys cooking and listening to music, as well as fashion and reading.

Lion Linda DeRoche
Canada – Lion Linda learned the value of Leos from watching how they naturally blend with Lions, where their enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to give of themselves for others showcase their talents and abilities to breathe new life into Lions and Lions’ projects. She's excited to continue working alongside Leos to ensure that they truly understand their worth and value in all walks of their lives. She has been blessed to virtually meet many Lions from all over the world through the LAP and hopes to have the opportunity to meet them one day in person. She wants the world to know, Leos are our future Lions, and we need to listen and truly hear what they have to say and acknowledge them as amazing individuals. Outside of her work with Lions and Leos, Lion Linda loves to cook, garden, read, interior decorate and spend time with her 12 grandchildren.

Leo Brady Maull
Canada – For the past four years, Leo Brady has been the president of his Leo club, the Lil Legendary Leo Club, as well as club membership chair. He has been on the Leo Advisory Panel for a full term, having served as the co-chair of the membership experience committee and the co-chairperson of the panel. Leo Brady served on a planning committee for the USA Canada Leo Leadership Forum and is very involved in his own community and club. He graduated from Lions University and is a recipient of the Leo medal of honor. Leo Brady is looking forward to continuing to help guide the Leo Club Program further. He is excited to work with new people on the advisory panel this upcoming term and cannot wait to bring his past knowledge of being a panelist to the new panelists this term. Leo Brady is also very involved in theatre and the performing arts.

Lion Shathika Karunaratne
Canada – Lion Shathika began his Leo journey in 2011 as a charter member of the D.S. Senanayake College Leo Club. He started as an Alpha Leo and progressed through every stage, including Omega Leo, Leo-Lion and is now proudly serving as a Lion. Over the years, Lion Shathika has had the honor of serving as Leo district president, Leo club advisor and Lions district GMT coordinator. He was also humbled to receive the “Leo of the Year” award in the district. One of Lion Shathika’s proudest achievements has been helping to establish more than 10 new Leo clubs, creating opportunities for young people to experience leadership and service firsthand. He is truly excited to share his experience and help more Leos discover their full potential as leaders. His goal is to inspire and guide Leos in Constitutional Area II to create strong, active clubs and truly experience the power of being a Leo. Most importantly, he wants to encourage and support smooth Leo to Lion transitions, helping passionate young Leos continue their service journey and become the next generation of Lions leaders.

Constitutional Area III

Leo Luigi I. Takahashi Yocoyama
Brazil – After serving as a Cub, Leo Luigi was the organizing president of Aracatuba Alpha Leo Club in 2022 and an organizing member of Aracatuba Lacos Omega Leo Club in 2023. During his journey in the Leo Club Program, he has held various positions in the club and district and worked towards the founding of five new Leo clubs in Leo District LC8. Through his work, Leo Luigi strengthens the Leo Club Program by working to increase new clubs and membership, as well as helping to integrate Leos from Latin America and promoting leadership and service all over Latin America. Leo Luigi’s grandpa was the charter member of Aracatuba Lions Club in 1959, and since then his parents became Lions in 2009, so Lions has been present throughout his entire life. Becoming a Leo has always been a dream that came true for him in 2022.

Leo-Lion Issac Rafael Lora Jiménez
Dominican Republic – Leo-Lion Issac has been serving as a Leo in the Dominican Republic for seven years, going through all of the positions for Leo members in his country, as well as helping his multiple district. He was director of the Leo Forum 2024 for Constitutional Area III. On the panel, Leo-Lion Issac hopes to develop greater leadership spaces for Leos and Leo-Lions, as well learn more skills. He considers himself to be a dynamic and passionate young man who is always thinking about new projects.

Leo Saby Paola Fonseca
Honduras – Leo Saby was a born Leo and has been part of the Lions family for as long as she can remember. Growing up surrounded by Lions International’s values has shaped who Leo Saby is today, inspiring her to lead, serve and make a difference in her community. She is looking forward to helping improve opportunities for Leos and ensuring the panel’s work gains greater visibility and recognition within the Lions community, showcasing the true impact they make. Leo Saby loves watching movies and researching the historical facts behind them.

Leo-Lion Cristina Buratto
Brazil – Leo-Lion Cristina’s journey with the Leo Club Program began in 2009, when she found purpose in serving others and discovered her passion for leadership from a very young age. During her time as a Leo, she had the honor of serving as president of Leo District LB-4 — an experience that deeply shaped her leadership and strengthened her commitment to serving. Today, as a proud Leo-Lion, Leo-Lion Cristina serves as president of her Lions club in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil. She also serves as Youth and Exchange Chairperson for District LB-4, working to bring the Youth Exchange Program to life in her district. Guided by her presidential motto, “Always serving with legacy toward the future,” Leo-Lion Cristina carries the true essence of her club in every step of her Lions journey.

Constitutional Area IV

Leo Romain Precetti
France – Since joining a Leo club in Paris in 2017, Leo Romain has grown and learned about himself through his involvement. One of the best experiences he’s had is seeing other people's smiles, the smiles of members who are happy to be serving good causes and sharing with others, but also, and above all, the smiles of those in need, who call Leos to humility and to always question ourselves. After years of involvement, and notably as multiple district president of Multiple District 103 France, Leo Romain is looking forward to working with the panel. His goal is to make the Leo movement stronger and more visible, and to affirm the importance of this youth involvement in Lions International. He wants to help support this commitment and the pleasure young people take in serving society. Leo Romain is passionate about history, literature and public speaking, and practices improvisational theater. Because of his interests, he learns a lot, reads many things, writes often and does not hesitate to take on new challenges.

Lion Aneliya Kaneva
Bulgaria – Lion Aneliya’s experience with Leo clubs started in January 2020 when her Lions club, Stara Zagora Augusta, sponsored a Leo club and hosted a Leo Leadership Conference. In July 2020, she started her term as district governor and helped the founding of two Leo clubs. Lion Aneliya also served as a district Leo chairperson with 13 Leo clubs in the Leo district and supported the charter of the first Leo-Lions club in Bulgaria in December 2022 as a Guiding Lion. She is happy and honored to serve and cover all responsibilities of this role and would love to be a coach to Leos and Leo-Lion clubs looking to start new Leo clubs, serve as an advisor/speaker at forums and events, promote the Leo Club Program on social media and advocate for growth of Leos and Leo-Lions, also in her role as a GAT Area Leader and New Voices Europe Team’s member. Fun fact: she has climbed Mount Kenya with 16 Kili4Kids female Lions team members in August 2023 and together they raised 120,000 USD for LCIF to help building a safe shelter for albino kids in Tanzania!

Leo Andrei Moldoveanu
Romania – Since joining the Leo Club Program in 2015, Leo Andrei had the chance to grow both personally and professionally. As a founding member of his hometown club and later district treasurer, he has learned the value of teamwork, leadership and empathy. Through service, Leo Andrei has met incredible people who have become lifelong friends and sources of inspiration. As an International Liaison Officer (ILO) since 2024, he looks forward to connecting Leos across countries, exchanging ideas and strengthening collaboration within the movement. Leo Andrei’s goal is to help Leos feel empowered to create meaningful change in their communities while building a strong bridge between Leos and Lions for a sustainable and impactful future. He is passionate about traveling, volunteering and discovering new cultures, which constantly broaden his perspective and inspire his work in the Leo movement.

Lion Francesca Romana Vagnoni
Italy – As the Leo chairperson of Lions Multiple District 108 Italy and national coordinator of the Leo–Lions Transition Program, Lion Francesca is deeply committed to supporting the training path that prepares Leos to become outstanding Lions members. She believes it is essential to nurture and develop young people’s leadership skills through the educational value of the Leo experience. Leo clubs serve as an extraordinary training ground, enabling their members to gain a profound understanding of the Lions world – especially through meaningful, consistent and ongoing interaction with Lions. Lion Francesca says, “One of our key responsibilities as Lions leaders is to help develop new leaders – guiding them throughout their membership journey until they acquire the skills and spirit of service needed to meet the needs of an ever-evolving community.” Lion Francesca joined the Leo Club Program at 14 years old.

Constitutional Area V

Leo Norah Wai Yi Kwok
Hong Kong – Leo Norah has embarked on her Leo journey since 2017, serving as the president of the Leo Club of Hong Kong (Host) in 2021-22, and achieving several awards in the district. She also made her contribution to District 303 by serving as the district president in 2024-2025. She looks forward to strengthening ties between districts in her constitutional area and engaging in inspirational service projects.

Leo-Lion Dave Teodosio Garin
Philippines – Leo-Lion Dave had the privilege to serve as Leo Multiple District 301 president for Lion year 2021-2022, and during his tenure, he pioneered the Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) virtual training for Leos. He also served as a facilitator at the 4th OSEAL Leo Forum, which took place in Manila, Philippines. Leo-Lion Dave is looking forward to conducting more fun, exciting and interactive activities with his other Leo Advisory Panelists strategically, as they all want Leos to hone their leadership skills, participate in innovative and sustainable service projects, learn something that they can apply to their endeavors and reach their full potential. He is a business development manager by profession and enjoys watching cooking shows and mukbangs, despite the fact that he does not cook.

Leo Leong Jit Loong
Malaysia – Since starting his Leo journey in 2017, Leo Jit Loong has dedicated himself to service and leadership, most recently as president for Leo district 308 B2. He’s excited to connect with Leos from other districts within the constitutional area, build meaningful bonds and share ideas to strengthen membership. Leo Jit Loong is thrilled to share practical ideas on membership growth while learning from fellow leaders across the constitutional area. He also looks forward to connecting with Leos from diverse cultural backgrounds and exchanging meaningful experiences across the constitutional area. Leo Jit Loong loves meeting people from different cultures and learning how their experiences shape their perspectives.

Leo-Lion Sol Wilfredo C. Flores Jr.
Philippines – Leo-Lion Sol began as an Alpha Leo club president at age 12. He went on to become a Leo-Lion, serving as Leo club advisor and district youth chairperson (also known as Lion opportunities for youth). Leo-Lion Sol has also facilitated international and local institutes for Leos and presented at Leo area forums. He looks forward to helping realize results that grow the Leo Club Program toward Leo clubs that are supported more by their sponsoring Lions clubs and ensuring wider transition of Omega Leos into Leo-Lions. While there have been former Leos that have risen in leadership, he is the youngest and first Leo-Lion to be elected district governor in multiple district 301 Philippines.

Constitutional Area VI

Leo Neil Katariya
India – Leo Neil Katariya has been actively associated with the Leo Club Program since 2015, with his journey shaped by service, mentorship and youth development across district, multiple-district and international platforms. Through his sustained involvement, he has worked closely with Leos and Lions from diverse regions, gaining a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges within the Leo movement. A defining experience in his journey was participating in the Youth Camps and Exchange Program in the Netherlands, which broadened his global perspective and strengthened his appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and community engagement. His experiences within the program have enabled him to learn from both local and international Lions and Leos, inspiring a continued commitment to meaningful service and organizational growth. As a member of the Leo Club Advisory Panel, Leo Neil is focused on supporting the membership experience, strengthening club engagement and fostering effective communication between Leos and Lions across Constitutional Area VI. He looks forward to sharing practical insights, supporting youth development and contributing to the continued growth of the Leo Club Program worldwide.

Lion Manoj Seeralan
India – Since 2012, Lion Manoj Seeralan has been an active member of the world’s largest Lions multiple district, Multiple District 324, and has been in various leadership positions at both the district and multiple district level including Leo district president, Leo multiple district president, Leo club advisor, zone chairperson, global service team coordinator, district Leo chairperson and Leo-Lion council liaison. He played a vital role in the development of the Leo Club Program and the Leo to Lion transition across his multiple district. As a panelist, Lion Manoj wants to work closely on the Leo to Lion transition and membership development of the organization to do more service projects. He’s most passionate about developing the closer relationship between Leos and Lions by doing meaningful services to community through younger generations.

Leo Md Hasin Sharowar
Bangladesh – Since joining the Leo movement in 2021, Leo Hasin served as president of the Leo Club of Dhaka Bandhan during the 2024–25 tenure, focusing on youth empowerment, international collaboration and community service. Guided by his motto, “We Rise With All,” Leo Hasin led signature projects including the Leo Global Health Camp, where clubs from Constitutional Area VI participated and served 16,394 people. He looks forward to empowering Leos through mentorship, structured training and international collaboration, helping them enhance their leadership and service skills while strengthening global unity within the Leo movement. Leo Hasin is passionate about connecting technology with leadership and service, using innovation to inspire and empower young leaders across borders.

Leo-Lion Dhvani Bagla
India – Being a part of the Leo Club Program since 2017 has truly changed Leo-Lion Dhvani’s perspective of the world — it taught her that real happiness lies in the smiles of those we serve. Every act of service has filled her heart with warmth, purpose and the priceless blessings of those whose lives we all touch. Leo-Lion Dhvani is most looking forward to connecting with Leos and Leo-Lions from around the world, sharing ideas and learning from their incredible journeys. Together, she hopes we can help the Leo movement spread its wings wider than ever and inspire more young people to serve with passion and purpose. Leo-Lion Dhvani is a French language expert with a love for fictional worlds that let her imagination travel as far as her words do.

Leo Clarissa Wong
Australia – As a dedicated Leo since age 14, Leo Clarissa has gained valuable leadership, communication and global engagement skills, founding a club and leading impactful projects like Next Gen for 1000 Hopes, which received the International Kindness Matters Award. She has also served on Australia’s National Leo Advisory Panel, advocating for youth empowerment and community service. Leo Clarissa is excited to amplify youth voices and create opportunities for Leos across the world to engage in impactful service projects. Working alongside other dedicated leaders, she looks forward to inspiring positive change and fostering stronger connections and community-focused leadership. Alongside her passion for the piano and cello, Leo Clarissa is also a big animal lover and has two energetic pets who love to listen whenever she plays her instruments.

Lion Wayne Paulin
New Zealand – When Lion Wayne started his first Leo club, he knew nothing about Leos, as experience and information were scarce locally. After reading the Leo Club Program handbook through Lions International, he understood the pathway forward. Wayne has held various roles at the district level, but his love of youth has given him a much more rewarding life, and as the national chairperson for Leos, he encourages others to look for leadership development for Leos. Being a Leo advisory panelist is helping to change views on how Leos can become Lions and has started a Constitutional Area VII Leadership Group, which focuses on Leo issues in each country, including the pathway for Leos to become Lions through volunteering. When he’s not working with Leos or Lions, Lion Wayne loves family events, all forms of fishing (especially the art of fly fishing), Tai Chi, reading and cooking.

Leo Sangaviery Loucas Situmorang
Indonesia – Leo Sangaviery is passionate about the Leo Club Program for its impact on communities and the personal growth it fosters. Throughout his leadership journey, from Leo club president to Leo multiple district president, he has prioritized growth and international collaboration to strengthen our shared mission of making a difference. Leo Sangaviery looks forward to sharing his experiences in leadership and community impact through the Leo Club Program, as well as learning from fellow panelists to inspire more collaboration and growth among young leaders globally. He is passionate about connecting with people from different cultures and finding creative ways to make a positive impact wherever he goes.

Lion Tini Lawry
New Zealand – This is Lion Tini’s fifth year as Leo advisor for the Rangiora High School Leo Club. She was appointed Leo chairperson for district 202E for 2025-2026 and is working to revive another Leo club in her district. Lion Tini is regularly involved in training and is active in all communications regarding Leos in the district, multiple district and in Constitutional Area VII. She gets invited by schools and other organizations to speak to students about starting a new Leo club. She naturally looks for potential in all young people she meets and will do her best to equip them or lead them, so they will extend themselves further than they had thought they could. Lion Tini looks forward to being the link between the many resources available through Lions International and all the present and future Leos.

Leo Nathaniel Muigai
Kenya – Leo Nathaniel is a passionate mental health advocate who has championed transformative mental health initiatives. Having served at the district, multiple district and international levels, he has tripled membership growth and strengthened leadership development through strategic service and digital influence. Leo Nathaniel is a results-driven businessman specializing in project management, procurement, supplies and technology. He brings structure, innovation and excellence to every initiative he leads. As an experienced MC at international events, Leo Nathaniel combines energy with professionalism.

Lion Jonathan Wilsnach
Namibia – Lion Jonathan Wilsnach has actively strengthened the Leo movement across multiple districts in Constitutional Area VIII. Having served for a year on the Leo Advisory Panel, he has gained valuable experience and built strong connections with fellow panelists, enhancing regional collaboration and strategic alignment. He is committed to leadership development, mentoring young Leos and fostering sustainable club growth. Lion Jonathan promotes stronger partnerships between Lions and Leos, encouraging structured transitions and innovative service initiatives. He is passionate about empowering youth, inspiring young leaders to transform bold ideas into meaningful, measurable community impact across Africa.

Leo Claudia Afi Enyonam Fiadonu
Ghana – Leo Claudia is a purpose-driven leader in the Leo Club Program, committed to service, empowerment and sustainable community impact. She promotes collaboration, mentorship and integrity among Leo leaders while fostering spaces for creativity and shared growth. Passionate about youth leadership, Leo Claudia is eager to exchange ideas, learn from fellow changemakers and leverage technology to enhance community service and deliver lasting impact.

Lion Oluwole Ajidahun
Nigeria – Lion Oluwole organized a training program on agribusiness for 50 Leos, followed by internship for eight Leos and empowered four Leos on crop plantation and processing. He developed leadership training series for Leos called “TEAM” to provide a pathway for individual youth development and business value creation. Lion Oluwole is looking forward to exchanging best ideas for the Leo Club Program with other panelists. He has passion for mentoring and youth development.
